Community Cafe
Our award winning Community Cafe, is open Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm, serving good quality, freshly cooked hot meals and sandwiches (and cake!).
Our prices start from jus £1!
Leah, our Community Food Co-ordinator manages the cafe, a supported by a team of volunteers. We also cater for meetings, conferences and more.
Prices for catering start from just £2.00. All profits go back into the Centre, and employ local people.
Campaign to end food insecurity
At NBDT, we are passionate about ending Food Insecurity.
Along with providing easy access to food, through our partnerships with Wirral Foodbank and weekly activities, we also believe in campaigning for long term change.
In 2019, local families visit The Houses of Parliament to give evidence in an enquiry into Holiday Hunger.
Our work is gratefully supported, through donations of food from local sports groups, businesses and more.
